Registration will open at 12:15PM, with Category "A" taking off at 1:00pm & Category "B" & "C" at 1:02PM. Women's, Masters 50+ and Juniors will race in the Category "B" & "C" group. This is a flat 20-Mile loop that Starts/Finishes at the River Road 10-Mile Time Trial course - right near 5th Street and Chico River Road(see map). The course goes:
Chico River Road
Turn Left on to Liberty Ave.
Turn Left on to Lone Pine
Turn Left on to Elk Avenue
Turn Right on to Dayton Road
Turn Right on to Ord Ferry Road
Turn Right on to River Road
....And then follow River Road all the way back to the finish line.
20 Miles; all flat.
Held Rain or Shine!
Helmets are MANDATORY!
(30-Point Event in the 2012 Butte Road R.A.C.E. Series & there COULD be a Bonus Sprint Location at this race!)
